Why am I on this path?

Think of me as your guide. A guide that has been in the same situation as you before. I know how you feel and I figured out how to fix the emotional pain in my life and start living for myself.

I’m Martyna, I healed my childhood wounds and let go of beliefs that were holding me back from living my life fully through the practice of yoga, self-inquiry, and self-love. I now want to show you how to do the same through my mind-body life coaching and opening your eyes to a new approach to life.

As your mentor, I continue to learn and practice my craft every day. I’ve practiced yoga for the past 15 years but it was in 2015 when I experienced a profound shift in my life. After learning a loving-kindness practice called Metta, by my wonderful teacher Katchie Ananda, I started to work on forgiveness, self-love and began listening to my heart’s calling.

As a result, I felt a profound yearning to draw a line under my current job and lifestyle, and instead travel the world to teach yoga and deepen my practice. What I thought would be a few months of travel and exploration turned into working and studying full time in different places around Asia. My courage has led me to live in Bali and discover a deeply transformative and empowering practice: Tantric Hatha Yoga. I have the lifestyle of my dreams, filled with constant learning, evolving, and sharing my passion with others.

Why did I start mind body coaching?

These days, yoga is made to fit the western world. So many of us believe that yoga is simply a physical activity, when in fact it is so much more. When you go back to the origins of yoga, a traditional practice, you will see that yoga is a way of life and a practice of self-realization.

That’s why I decided to learn and honor an original yoga lineage, Hatha Yoga, which focuses on combining physical movement with breathwork, meditation, and self-inquiry. I was able to heal myself emotionally, ease my back pain and finally live a life overflowing with fulfillment and blessings. It also helped me to harness my feminine energy and feel truly in touch with my power.
